The policy is simple and straight forward. I do not share any information about clients with anyone outside of the defense team. The defense team is defined as my co-counsel (if applicable), staff paralegal,investigator and medical or other expert consultants. Personal privacy information such as financial information, home address and telephone number are never provided to anyone outside the defense team. In addition, I will provide information required to be disclosed under appropriate discovery rules or subject to a court order. I will also share information with co-clients, co-plaintiff/defendants (and their attorneys), family members and potential witnesses only to the extent necessary to prepare your case.
